Upcoming Craft Shows

So I have finally been busy!! I've added 50 new pairs of earrings - displayed in their own slideshow. I have a couple of dozen necklaces done but they are not yet photographed, I will upload them later this week.

Some IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding shows:

I am participating in the Seasons Greeting Craft Show in Stittsville this weekend, November 29th and 30th. The show is being held at the Stittsville Community Centre (Arena) at 10 Warner-Colpitts Lane, Stittsville. It is open from 10:00 - 4:00 both days.

Additionally, I am in the Christmas Craft Show & Sale at the Fisher Park Community Rec Centre Saturday December 6th from 9:30 - 3:00. The Centre is located at 250 holland Ave (at the Queensway) and includes over 90 vendors.

So sorry to be Missing In Action!

Lots of personal things needed my attention, unfortunately not all of them positive. I will be hitting the craft table hard over the next few weeks so keep looking for new items. I will update soon!

Trying to purge some faux fur and fleece if anyone is interested! My teddy-bear days are numbered, so I need to get rid of some wonderful furs of different colours and lengths. Ebay here I come!

Slowly building...

It was a busy personal week, not much time to spend on crafts. Just starting to ramp back up now.

I did get some good crafting news though, I am happy to let everyone know I will be participating in a Craft Show at the end of November, once everything is firmed up I will include details here.

I'll put up some more pictures of the works I've finished later this week.

Busy weekend!!

So I've finished another 34 items - 8 necklaces, 2 bracelets and 24 pairs of earrings! Updated the slide shows, I'm pretty happy with myself as I seem to be on target to meet my production goals for August. I hope you like them!

I'm trying to be good and not get distracted by the clay yet as I will get lost in it should I start (too predictable).

This will be another busy week but I hope to have another 30 items done by the end of August, I may even be ahead of schedule, we'll see. ;)

Updated the slide tool...

So as the slide show became too large, people started having problems viewing it. I've split it into 3 sections and selected a different tool. In order to fit the new tool I had to tweak the prefab layout from blogspot, let me know if you have difficulty with the larger frame sizes.

Again I have had a slow craft week, while on vacation I started about 15 earring sets so I will work towards finishing them this week plus some more wire work I think, I ran out of 20 gauge again so I will need to pick some up!

Well, like I warned, it was a very busy non-craft week so I was only able to complete 7 new pieces. The slide has been updated, if you click on it, the newest images are at the end of the show.

I did get the opportunity to work with a new medium this week, silver clay...
